Lloyd & Ibis have owned and operated one of the top producing
branches of American Home Loans, a nation-wide mortgage banker for over 15 years. In July of 2000 they purchased the current location in the heart of downtown Huntington Beach to better serve the needs of their clients. Lloyd overseas all aspects of the loan process from opening to funding. Much of their success comes from their satisfied clients and referrals! Our motto is "we will help you find that dream home and the loan to finance that dream" Lloyd and Ibis reside in downtown with their daughter Madison and son Matthew.

SCOTT J. MILLER, Vice President ~ Director of Real Estate
Scott and Caroline joined the team in 1999 to help expand the
business and help with the opening of the new office at our current location
710 Main Street. Scott has been involved in the Real Estate industry
for over 15 years and brings with him a vast amount of experience and
management skills. Scott overseas the Real Estate division while his wife
Caroline works with marketing and public relations. Our mission
statement is "To treat each client on an individual basis with respect and
the best customer service, so they'll want to refer their friends and family."
Scott & Caroline live in Huntington Beach with their daughter Jillian.

Pam Peralta Office manager ~ Senior loan/underwriting processor
Pam joined the company in 1999 with over 20 years of experience within the banking and lending industry. Her past experience includes processing, underwriting and escrow. Pam works very closely with all our clients to answer any questions that might come up and we are very lucky to have her. Her motto is "if were not having fun we're not doing it anymore" Pam resides in Garden Grove with her husband of 22 years and their son Moses and daughter Hannah.
